Luis Matias is a student of the Faculty of Architecture & Urbanism at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, teacher, researcher and designer in polymorphic media from technology, science and arts. He currently works on multidisciplinary projects that relate research, design, materialization and education processes on living architecture, film production, metaverse, NFTs & Ai. Also in the creation of a new design and creation methodology that integrates Ai, cinema, biology, fashion and architecture with emerging technologies, theory, politics and philosophy.
Founder Director of the HOLOMETABOLOUS polymorphous design project, which integrates: Ai, science, technology, 3D manufacturing, fashionism, cinema and photography in an environment of
growing international collaboration in London, Barcelona, Paris, Peru, Mexico and Italy. Developing physical and virtual products by integrating cutting-edge technologies for the development of evolutionary projects.
Project Leader at the multidisciplinary Studio Kevin Abanto, where he has developed projects for Hollywood, Lithuania, Los Angeles, Miami and Germany respectively focused on a documentary, music videos, NFTs, buildings, fashion + objects design.
He obtained several distinctions for his projects focused on living systems and an invitation from Rachel Armstrong, Professor of Experimental Architecture at the Department of Architecture, Planning and Landscape at Newcastle University, to participate in research projects & PhD proposals. He has collaborated in art projects, architecture, exhibitions & competitions.
